Fees

There are a number of fees you may be charged. The following list represents the most common charges your account could incur, but it is not exhaustive. Some fees are negotiable. Please refer to Form CRS for more information. Ask a representative what fees a product or service may carry. 

• Commission on sale or purchase or stocks, bonds, options, or other marketable securities
• Monthly statements and confirms sent by mail
• Account termination fee
• Interest on debit balances, e.g. in margin accounts
• Mark ups or mark downs on transactions where we act as principal
• Securities fees for holding certain products in your account, e.g. foreign stocks​
